Computer Systems Support, Inc. is an independent computer sales and engineering firm located in Miami, Florida with employees throughout the state. CSS specializes in infrastructure level implementations.

Steve Cavendish founded Computer Systems Support (CSS) in 1989 and serves as CSS’s President. In this role, he serves as the company’s leader and chief advocate. He works with the CSS team and Partners in developing and executing the company’s strategic goals and initiatives. A seasoned veteran in the computer industry, Steve brings a wealth of experience and passion to his role. His innovative approach to systems integration has led to global deployments of his designs within government and scientific communities. His strong customer advocacy and value engineering expertise provides great financial and operational benefits to CSS’s customers.

Vice President, Chief Technologist

Steve Cavendish, Jr is Vice President and Chief Technologist at CSS. Starting with Computer Systems Support, Inc. in 1998 as a field technician supporting numerous service contracts, he moved through the ranks by learning and mastering new technologies. His background now includes deep technical expertise in areas such as storage area networking, server, virtualization, consolidation, backup and recovery, and cloud solutions. His ability to talk to all members of IT from system administrators to CIOs has helped CSS develop trusted advisor status with many of our customers. Gines Lleonart - Account Sales Manager

Enterprise Account Manager

Gines Lleonart is an account sales manager for Computer Systems Support. His business background includes sales consulting positions for Hewlett-Packard, Cisco and Lucent, nine years of experience as an IBM engineer and five years as the CEO of a software company. Gines graduated with an engineering degree from the University of Florida and fits CSS culture of nurturing long term customer relationships through excellent customer service.

Bill Henry is an account sales manager for Computer Systems Support. His technology and business background includes sales management for both Hewlett-Packard and NCR Corporation, financial consulting at Merrill Lynch, and a business degree from Florida Southern College. Bill’s technology and finance expertise helps customers identify and solve their business and technology challenges with sound consultative counsel.

Enterprise Account Manager

Paul brings 28 years of computer technology experience, graduating from Tampa Technical Institute with a BS in Computer Electronic Engineering, He started his career with Digital Equipment Corporation in the early 1980’s as a field services engineer and was with both Compaq Computer Corporation and Hewlett-Packard. He has held positions in both the Printing and Personal Systems and Enterprise Servers Storage and Networking spaces as a technical specialist & finally sales as an enterprise account manager. Paul lives in Tampa with his wife of 33 years. His hobbies include spending time with his three children and four grandchildren, scuba diving, playing tennis, bike riding and sporting clays.

Daniel Alonso has been with Computer Systems Support since 2006. Exposed to technology at a young age, Dan has served in diverse fields ranging from the defense electronics sector to business to business sales. Initially operating under a dual sales and engineering role, Daniel now supports the growing sales force at CSS as a solutions architect for Converged Infrastructure and Datacenter Transformation. Dan is a HP Accredited Systems Engineer and Server Solutions Expert.

Solutions Architect, Networking & Security

Jonathan Hart is a Solutions Architect at CSS. Starting with Computer Systems Support, Inc. in 2011, he is the technical lead for networking and security solutions. His background includes over 10 years designing and engineering a vast converged infrastructure in the public sector. His understanding of networking in this shifting landscape has helped increase customer’s network resiliency and availability while mitigating their risks. Jonathan Hart resides in Sarasota, Florida with his wife.

Solutions Architect, Converged Infrastructure

Peter Violini has been with CSS since 2013. Prior to CSS, he worked for 25 years in progressively more responsible roles at Hewlett Packard, working as a Solution Architect for his last several years at HP. Peter is located in Tampa, Florida.

Kevin Sullivan

Kevin Sullivan


During Kevin's long career at Digital Equipment Company, through both the Compaq and HP acquisitions, he worked in many different roles; quality control and acceptance, technical testing and repair, field services for customer warranty issues, sales support and configuration technical support. Kevin joined CSS in 2003 and has since become our pre-eminent inside engineer for complex solutions using his vast technical knowledge and attention to detail.


Fatima Filgueira-Vichot

Corporate Affairs/Office Manager

Fatima Filguiera-Vichot has been with CSS for over 10 years and wears many hats. As Office Manager, she directs office staff, order entry, customer communications, and billing. Fatima is also our Personal Systems and Printing expert. In addition, she is our first line of assistance for customer service issues. Prior to working at CSS, Fatima worked for 12 years at Systems Products International, a software developer for the time-share and resort industry doing marketing and administration.


Mary Cavanaugh

Inside Sales/Marketing

Mary Cavanaugh joined CSS in 2009 after nearly six years with Hewlett Packard.  At HP, Mary held various roles including as an account manager for named accounts for Personal Systems (desktops, laptops, etc.) and as a public sector account manager serving the state of Florida. Her experience spans the entire HP portfolio. Since joining CSS, Mary has worked as an inside sales manager as well as assisting with marketing and public relations functions.
